Q: Is all Rhythm electricity really renewable?

Yes. Every Rhythm plan is backed by renewable power , and you do not need to choose a special green plan. Rhythm matches 100 percent of your electricity usage with renewable energy credits, also known as RECs. These credits represent electricity generated from renewable sources and are how clean energy is tracked on the grid. In the past, Texas only required providers to match about 5 to 6 percent of customer usage with renewables. Rhythm voluntarily covered the remaining 94 to 95 percent to give customers fully renewable power. Even after that state requirement ended in 2025, we kept the same commitment. Today, Rhythm continues to match 100 percent of your electricity usage with renewable energy based on the plan you choose, whether that comes from wind, solar, or other renewable sources. This is how we make sure the electricity you use supports a cleaner grid, every day.

Sign up today. It only takes 60 seconds.
