5. Do Not Track Signals & Tracking Opt-Out Requests

Some web browsers incorporate a “do not track” feature that, when enabled, signals to websites and online services that you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is not yet an accepted standard for how to respond to such a do-not-track signal, we do not recognize or respond to these signals.

You can request that Rhythm deletes digital tracking data that we collect from you by completing both actions described below:

  1. This site is being monitored by one or more third-party monitoring software(s), and may capture information about your visit that will help us improve the quality of our service.   2. In addition to using the link above to opt out of some of the of tracking software that Rhythm uses, you must also (i) email privacy@gotrhythm.com, (ii) provide your IP address, (iii) request that we delete any data we may have collected from or about you.

6. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

7. Children

We do not offer services and products to minors and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. We will delete any personal information we determine to have been collected from a child or user under the applicable age of consent.
