To cancel your electricity service, please send an email to support@gotrhythm.com with the following information to help expedite your request. Our Customer Care Team will be in touch within one business day.

In the email, please include:


  1. Your full name

  2. Account number

  3. Desired end date (power can be turned off at any point on this date)

  4. Address(es) at which to end service

  5. Forwarding address to send your final bill (if moving)

  6. Reason for cancellation
