We charge: (i) late fees if your payment is past due, (ii) an insufficient funds fee if there are insufficient funds in your account to pay your bill, (iii) a Cancellation fee if you leave us after your first 30 days, but before your contract is up, and (iv) a Disconnection for Non-Payment Transaction Fee if Rhythm Energy orders a disconnection for non-payment because amounts due to Rhythm Energy remain unpaid for ten (10) days after we sent you a disconnect notice.
Yes. Find the electricity plan you're interested in and try us for 30 days if it is a fixed rate plan with a contract. If you don’t like us, leave us early without the penalty. (But we think you’ll like us.)
