	DONELLA WEEKES Experience: She also made her first stride into the spotlight in the Richard Stoute Teen Talent Competition where she was a finalist in 1992 and 1993.She then joined the night club and hotel band Full Force where she was lead vocalist for 4 years during that time she entered the local Barbados Queen of song contest where she placed third.
