A: No, it is not. To view the website is free. However certain aspects of the site are for registered members only and if you wish to download any music from the website, a fee is involved. You can purchase downloads using your credit card.

Q: What music/artists do you have?
A: GotRhythm.com is your source for Afro-Caribbean and New World music. Once the genre comes under these categories, GotRhythm.com will have some aspect of it on the website. GotRhythm.com has a myriad of artists whose songs you can download. To see a full list of artists and their bio information, go to the top of the webpage where you will see our site navigation bar in red. Select the 'Browse Artist' option. From there you will be able to search through our list of artists. This list is arranged alphabetically.

A: No. You will still have access to the main areas of the site even if you do not register. However, if you want to be able to purchase downloads, vote or access our enhanced content, you will have to register.

A: Searching for the song or artist you are looking for is easy. At the top of each page, in the right hand corner is a music search bar. First select the category you wish to search in, i.e., artist, song or album. Type in the keyword you want to search for, then click submit. An example of a search is this: If you wanted to search for the song "Hips" by Kimberly Inniss, you would select the song option, type in Hips or Kimberly, then click Submit. Alternatively, you can go the Browse Artist Page and click on the first letter of the artist’s name – in this instance K – and a list of all the artists whose names start with the letter K will appear in alphabetical order. Browse the list and click on the artist you are looking for.

A: To see new releases click on the full list link on the Home Page in the New Releases section of the site.

Q: What if I can not find the song or artist that I am looking for?
A: If you do not see the song or artist that you are looking for, you can try two things. One: See if you have the correct title and spelling of the song or the correct name and spelling for the particular artist you are looking for. It is possible that you may not be searching the correct item. Two: If after checking for accuracy you find that you still cannot find the item you are looking for, we probably do not have the song on our website as yet(if it fits our profile). Please continue to check back with us and we will be continuously updating the site with new and exciting artists.

A: Yes, you can listen to a 30 second sample of each song listed on the GotRhythm.com before you purchase it.

A: Yes they can. Just follow the instructions that came with your Ipod/mp3 player for transferring music from your computer to the device.

A: GotRhythm.com features several artists. To see bios and other information on these artists, select the Browse Artist option on the website's navigation bar. The artists are arranged in alphabetical order. To find an artist, click the letter that corresponds with the first letter of their name. Then scroll through the resulting list and select the artist's whose information you wish to view.

A: No, you do not. However, if your computer uses dial-up or a slower internet connection, you will find that your download time will be significantly longer than if you were using DSL or any other higher speed Internet connection.
